(Web Desk) – Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is reportedly taking another major step in his personal life following his recent marriage to longtime friend and business partner Gauri Spratt. According to Indian media reports, the actor is planning an ambitious residential redevelopment project in Mumbai that aims to keep most of his family living together in a single luxury complex.

The proposed development will reportedly transform the adjoining Bella Vista and Marina apartment buildings in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill neighborhood into an exclusive, modern residential property. Aamir Khan is said to have invested more than ₹100 crore in acquiring and preparing the properties for redevelopment, highlighting the scale of the project.

Sources suggest that the new residence will feature a large sky villa concept, with separate floors designated for different members of the Khan family. The plan reflects Aamir Khan’s desire to maintain close family ties while ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone.
According to reports, one floor will be reserved for his son, Junaid Khan, while two floors are expected to be allocated to Aamir Khan, his wife Gauri Spratt, and Gauri’s son.

The project is also expected to include dedicated living spaces for Aamir’s mother, Zeenat Hussain, as well as his sisters, Nikhat Khan and Farhat Khan.

In a move that has attracted widespread attention, reports further claim that Aamir Khan’s former wife, Kiran Rao, and their son, Azad Rao Khan, may also receive an apartment within the same residential complex. The arrangement is being viewed as a reflection of the cordial relationship the former couple has maintained after their separation, particularly in co-parenting their son.

While neither Aamir Khan nor his representatives have officially commented on the redevelopment plans, the reports have generated significant interest among fans and industry observers. Many have praised the idea of creating a family-oriented living environment that balances independence with togetherness.
The project is expected to take shape over the coming years, subject to regulatory approvals and redevelopment timelines.

If completed as planned, it could become one of the most distinctive celebrity residential projects in Mumbai, combining luxury living with a unique multi-generational family concept.

Although official confirmation is still awaited, the reported initiative has added another chapter to Aamir Khan’s evolving personal journey and reflects his continued focus on family alongside his professional commitments.
