LAHORE: In a major upset at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) elections, the PIAF Pioneer Progressive Alliance (PPPA) achieved a clean sweep, securing all 15 corporate class seats, according to unofficial and unconfirmed results.

The group led by Mian Anjum Nisar, Ali Hussam Asghar, Muhammad Ali Mian, Abuzar Shad and Faheem Saighol, Sohail Malik, Usman Malik, Harris Attique, Mardan Ali Zaidi, Yousaf Shah, Mian Imran celebrated a historic victory, defeating the PIAF Founders and LBF Alliance.
This unexpected outcome has shifted the power dynamics within the chamber, marking a significant win for the PPPA.

The election saw the participation of various prominent corporate firms from across the city. The vote counting took place under the supervision of polling officers and was confirmed by multiple candidates.
Tanveer Ahmed of the PIAF Mian Anjum Nisar group emerged as the top scorer with 1,416 votes.
Other winners from the group include Muneeb Munee, Asif Malik, Khalid Usman, and Ikhtisham ul Haq, alongside Hasan Raza, Asif Khan, Waqas Aslam, and Irfan Qureshi. Abdul Majeed, Iftikhar Ahmed, Amir Saeed, Manzoor Hussain, and Shaban Akhtar also claimed victory.
This clean sweep has completely wiped out the PIAF Founders and Lahore Businessmen Front from the corporate class. With this decisive win, the group has solidified its chances of leading the chamber for the next two years. Polling for the Associate Class is set to take place today.
