LAHORE – Chairman Founders Group Sheikh Muhammad Ibrahim hosted a prestigious Hajj felicitation ceremony in honour of Haji Malik Muhammad Ejaz, Patron-in-Chief of Anjuman-e-Tajiran Lahore (Quaid-e-Azam Group), to celebrate his successful completion of the sacred pilgrimage.
The ceremony was attended by senior office-bearers of the Founders Group and Quaid-e-Azam Group, along with prominent business leaders and representatives of the trader community. Participants congratulated Haji Malik Muhammad Ejaz on being blessed with the opportunity to perform Hajj and prayed for his health, prosperity and continued success.
Addressing the gathering, Sheikh Muhammad Ibrahim said that Hajj was not only a great spiritual obligation but also a powerful symbol of unity, equality and brotherhood among Muslims across the world.
He said the teachings of Hajj encourage individuals to adopt values of honesty, patience, discipline and service to humanity. Sheikh Ibrahim stressed that the business community should incorporate these principles into their professional and personal lives to promote trust and mutual respect.
Paying tribute to Haji Malik Muhammad Ejaz, Sheikh Ibrahim appreciated his longstanding services for the trader community and acknowledged his role in strengthening cooperation among business groups. He said experienced business leaders played an important role in resolving traders’ issues and promoting a positive economic environment.
Prominent business leader Khadim Hussain also attended the ceremony and extended his heartfelt congratulations to Haji Malik Muhammad Ejaz. He highlighted the importance of unity among traders and said collective efforts were essential for addressing challenges faced by the business community.
Khadim Hussain said that the trader community had always contributed significantly to the country’s economic development and deserved effective representation and support. He added that senior business figures like Haji Malik Muhammad Ejaz continued to inspire young entrepreneurs through their commitment and leadership.
During the event, participants exchanged views on matters related to the business community and emphasised the need for stronger coordination among different trade organisations.

Meanwhile, leaders of the Car Dealers Association have formally announced their decision to join the Founders Group, pledging support for the group in the upcoming chamber elections.
The announcement was made during a ceremony held at the central office of the Founders Group, which was attended by Chairman Sheikh Ibrahim, Vice Chairman Haji Akram, Senior Vice Chairman Rao Khursheed, Zeeshan Khalil, Malik Abu Zar Kakazai and other group leaders.
Speaking on the occasion, the Founders Group leadership reiterated its commitment to protecting the rights of the business community and resolving the issues faced by traders through effective representation.
The leaders said the group would continue working for the promotion of trade and industry while raising the voice of the business community at relevant forums.
Representatives of the Car Dealers Association expressed confidence in the leadership of the Founders Group and announced their full support for the group in the upcoming chamber elections.
They said their decision was aimed at strengthening the representation of traders and ensuring that the challenges faced by the business community were addressed effectively.
