LAHORE: Pakistan has become the 10th country in the Asia Pacific region to adopt W-FI 6 E technology, operating in the 6 GHz band.

This next-generation technology offers faster speeds, lower latency and increased capacity.
The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PAT) has designated the 6 GHz band for license-exempted use, providing ample bandwidth for future generations of Wi-=Fi technology.
The development is a part of the government’s ‘Digital Pakistan’ vision, aiming to promote digital innovation, empower businesses and bridge the digital divide”.
