The open court saw participation from SP Investigation Cantt Raheela Iqbal, DSP Investigations, in-charge investigation officers, and a large number of citizens, including overseas Pakistanis. Citizens shared their concerns directly with the DIG, who issued on-the-spot instructions to resolve issues.

Syed Zeeshan Raza emphasized strict adherence to merit in investigations, issuing show-cause notices to officers responsible for poor case handling and instructing all staff to ensure focus and professionalism in case investigations. He said that protecting citizensโ€™ life and property is the top priority of the Investigation Police, and timely justice is key to maintaining law and order.
