Speaker Punjab Assembly Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan has said that the 27th Constitutional Amendment aims to make Parliament more credible and empowered.

He emphasized that in the current security situation, it is in the national interest for Pakistan’s military institution to remain strong and organized. He added that the founder of PTI is being treated according to the prison manual.
Addressing a ceremony at a private educational institution in Lahore, the Speaker said, “My military leader is defeating India and shooting down Rafale aircraft.”
Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan noted that those who once spoke about the supremacy of Parliament are now criticizing it at a time when it is actually becoming stronger.
He reiterated his full support for the 27th Constitutional Amendment, stating that Pakistan needs constitutional reforms—including the 27th Amendment—now more than ever before.
The Speaker also advised the youth to focus on education and character-building, stressing that the future and progress of Pakistan lie in their hands.
