Pakistani actor Alizeh Shah has publicized screenshots of a defamation notice directed at fellow actor Minsa Malik, accusing her of malicious and damaging conduct.
It is yet to be confirmed whether the notice has been formally served to Malik or received by her.

Addressed to “Momna Maqsood aka Minsa Malik,” the notice alleges that Malik engaged in defamatory acts, including using derogatory language against Shah on a public platform and admitting to physically assaulting her.
It claims these actions have harmed Shah’s professional reputation and violated defamation laws.
The notice further accuses Malik of circulating a withdrawn application that falsely implicated Shah in misconduct, continuing to spread it to damage her standing within the film industry and society.
Additionally, Malik is alleged to have spread false claims about Shah’s disruptive behavior on set, resulting in professional losses, including missed opportunities.
These actions, according to the notice, amount to “character assassination” and deliberate reputational harm.
Shah demands that Malik immediately stop all defamatory activities, remove related content from public platforms, and issue a written public apology within 48 hours.
As per the notice, non-compliance will lead Shah to initiate a Rs1 billion lawsuit, file a complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, pursue criminal defamation charges under Section 500 of the Pakistan Penal Code, and seek damages through a civil suit under the Defamation Ordinance, 2002.
