Renowned comedian Lucky Dear, a known figure in theatre, television, and film, has passed away at 60 following a prolonged illness.
The veteran artist, who had been grappling with lung disease and diabetes for the past eight months, was receiving treatment at Lahore’s Mayo Hospital.
Family sources revealed that his condition deteriorated severely in his final days, leading to a coma as his kidneys, liver, and stomach failed.
His funeral prayer is scheduled to be held after Asr in Baghbanpura. With a long career spanning over four decades, Lucky Dear captivated audiences with his distinctive performances in numerous dramas and films.
