LAHORE : Pakistan Peoples Party Central Information Secretary Nadeem Afzal Chan has said that Lahore politicians do not want to use BISP data only in some cases. Due to the failed policies of the current government, every intelligent person in the society is under mental stress. Here, the real decision is made by bureaucrats or caste elders, not politicians.

If they adopt the model of the Babus, it will not be successful. BISP data of 35 million should be used up to the tehsil level. He said that for the rehabilitation of farmers in flood-affected areas, the government should consult with farmers instead of Babus. He expressed these views while addressing a press conference along with Faisal Mir, Rana Jawad, Nayab Jan, Ahsan Rizvi at the Peoples Secretariat Model Town. Dr. Khalid Javed Jan, Chaudhry Riaz, Dr Zarar Yousaf and others were also present on the occasion. While talking to the media at the Pakistan Peoples Party Secretariat and answering their questions, he emphasized that you are stubborn because of the photo of Shaheed Bibi. The language used by your spokespersons is known to you or the PTI people. A spokesperson said that action will be taken against Nadeem Afzal under the PECA Act. Whether you break your fingers or something else, my tongue can be cut but it cannot be stopped. Nadeem Afzal Chan said that the Punjab government does not seem to be taking any serious steps for the rehabilitation of flood-affected farmers. Farmers immediately need a relief of one lakh rupees per acre for planting new crops. The ruling party in Punjab is not ready to talk to its members of the assembly, let alone its political allies.

The PPP is working for the continuity of democracy and the strengthening of parliamentary institutions. It is better for the PML-N to help farmers instead of breaking fingers. He said that when incompetent rulers come, everyone suffers from mental stress. Punjab is our foundation and province where raising voice has become a crime.

This is not a country of rulers and baba. You think about your daughter’s marriage or the budget of the house, you fall under mental pressure. The government takes all political parties including us into confidence, but if you want to plant a sapling or run transport here, the Chief Minister sits with three secretaries. The Central Secretary of Information of the People’s Party further said that the victims will fight the war of Punjab against the ruling class. Let us tell you what the government did to the victims in the flood of 23. The promise of local body elections in a year has not been fulfilled yet. If there were local institutions today, this situation would not have happened after the flood. He said that wheat is not just bread, it is a bank guarantee and a need of the farmer. You made the excuse of the IMF. On which Saad Rafique has also tweeted. If you gave this money to the farmer instead of making royal expenses, then wheat worth billions would not have had to be imported. Nadeem Afzal Chan said that you are giving farmers 20 thousand per acre. While there is a clear difference between India and our currency and fertilizer and electricity rates. He asked what is the story of the transfers of bureaucrats? Questions are being raised on the transfers and transfers of senior officers including Captain Noorul Amin Mengal, Asadullah Khan and Nabeel Javed. If three aid trucks come, two are sold outside. An inquiry should be conducted. Nadeem Afzal Chan said that public money is being used to benefit housing societies. Addressing the rulers of Punjab, Nadeem Afzal Chan said that it is not insulting but treating the sufferings of the people. You are not used to consulting with allies. You would have called the PC right after the flood, the people should have their own house and land. How will he grow crops? Consider the farmer as a section officer, let alone the Chief Secretary. You are not from Punjab, but the heirs of the white system. He said that do not consider our submissions as an insult to you. If you are fond of breaking your fingers, then listen to the fact that the people are very tight. Nadeem Afzal Chan said that Many people living in Lahore are not from the Bhutto family and there is no cure for Benazir’s hatred. Ask those whose houses get money after two months. We do not want to build a system for any institution, but for the people. On the question of the PICA Act, he said that the law can be used correctly or incorrectly. There will be criticism on the wrong one. Everyone knows who owns the housing society. Building fences and overheads is not the job of housing societies. On the question of the PPP-PML-N coalition government, Nadeem Afzal Chan said that if political consultations are going on, there is no need to talk to the media. We are not part of the executive but we are part of the government. Some marriages are voluntary and some are forced. Nadeem Afzal Chan said that a Sindh Hari Card worth Rs 55.9 billion has been issued, we want the Punjab government to issue it too. At least give the same amount of money to farmers as was spent on advertisements. Sindh has built 2.1 million houses. Go and see. He said that you should not give it to the farmers of Sindh, but to Punjab, KP and others. On the question of new provinces, he said that there was no discussion on new provinces in the PPP. First, consensus is necessary in the society. Senior PPP leader Faisal Mir said that Maryam Nawaz is saying that Rs. 1 million will be given for exploratory cultivation, but tell her how much budget has been allocated for it. Farmers are waiting to see when they will get Rs. 10 million.
