RAWALPINDI (Monitoring Desk) – PTI founder Imran Khan has declined to disclose who manages his X (Twitter) account, even after an FIA cybercrime squad reached Adiala Jail to dig out the truth.
The inquiry was triggered when state-sensitive posts appeared on Khan’s verified handle.
A three-member FIA team, headed by Ayaz Khan, grilled him over the issue for more than an hour.
Sources revealed the investigators pressed him with pointed questions: “Who operates your account? From which location is it run? Who else has the keys to it? Do you realize the posts shared are hostile towards the state?”
But Khan stood his ground, replying, “I will not reveal who is behind my account.”
He asked the officials to hand over a written questionnaire and insisted on responding only in the presence of his legal team.
After lengthy questioning, the FIA team walked away without any breakthrough, leaving the mystery wide open.
