LAHORE, June 14, 2025 — The Investigation Wing of Lahore Police has successfully solved a major double murder case in the Hadyara area, arresting five suspects, including a woman, involved in the brutal killing of two citizens over a property dispute.

According to the details shared by the Public Relations Office of DIG Investigation Lahore, DIG Syed Zeeshan Raza had taken serious notice of the incident and immediately tasked SP Investigation Cantonment Bushra Nisar with forming a dedicated police team to apprehend the culprits.
Under the leadership of Muhammad Saleem, Incharge Investigation Hadyara Police Station, the team launched a swift and effective operation, leading to the arrest of all five accused.
The accused had opened fire over a property dispute, resulting in the death of Siddique and Javed, and leaving four other individuals — Barkat, Pervez, Aamir, and Naveed — critically injured, said SP Bushra Nisar.
She further revealed that the suspects and victims were close relatives, embroiled in a long-standing family property conflict. The arrests were made using modern technology and human intelligence, ensuring a prompt breakthrough in the case.
DIG Zeeshan Raza commended the team’s performance and assured the public that a strong case challan would be prepared to ensure the culprits face the full force of justice.
“Lawbreakers will be dealt with an iron hand. No one involved in violence and crime will be spared,” the DIG asserted.
SSP Investigation Muhammad Naveed also announced commendation certificates for the officers involved in the successful operation.
This latest achievement underscores the Lahore Investigation Police’s continued crackdown against criminal elements and their commitment to protecting citizens from violence and injustice.
