LAHORE: The closing ceremony of the Pakistan Sundar Industrial Expo 2026 was held at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. Chairman Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC), Mr. Javed Iqbal participated as Chief Guest of the ceremony. He stated that the objective of organizing this expo was to provide educated youth with an opportunity to start their own businesses, young individuals who possess strong ideas and talent but are waiting for the right opportunity.

More than 500 stalls were set up at the expo by industrial organizations, manufacturers, exporters, technology providers, and business leaders from across the country. The three-day exhibition aimed to promote industrial collaboration, introduce modern technologies, highlight investment opportunities, and align local industry with global standards. The ceremony was attended by Secretary of Industry and Commerce Punjab Muhammad Omar Masood, Member of the National Assembly Hafiz Mian Muhammad Nauman, President of Sundar Estate Muhammad Ahmed Khan, along with Muaz Mahmood, Shehzad Azam Khan, and a large number of industrialists.
Addressing the closing ceremony, Mr. Javed Iqbal said that the expo not only served as a hub of business activity but also set a new example of innovation, quality, and mutual collaboration. Industrialists and entrepreneurs from various sectors showcased their products and services, demonstrating that Pakistan’s industry is progressing steadily and that local businesses possess the full capability to compete at an international level. He further announced that efforts to elevate the expo from a national platform to an international one would begin immediately, with the aim of establishing the Pakistan Sundar Industrial Expo as a global brand.
During the expo, Business-to-Business (B2B) meetings, technical sessions, product exhibitions, and specialized industrial consultation forums were also organized. These activities provided participants with opportunities to build new business connections and explore possibilities for joint ventures. During the ceremony, Umrah tickets were distributed to selected participants through a lucky draw, while certificates of appreciation and shields were awarded to companies and participants who demonstrated outstanding performance.
