LAHORE, Feb 13, 2026 — In a dramatic crackdown, investigation police claimed two major breakthroughs: rescuing an abducted teenage girl allegedly sold in Balochistan and arresting suspects in a shocking domestic shooting case.

Addressing a press conference, SP Investigation Iqbal Town Sidrah Khan said a 14-year-old girl, abducted six months ago, was recovered from Balochistan during a targeted operation.
Police arrested four suspects, including two women. According to investigators, a female suspect allegedly lured and abducted the minor with accomplices before transporting her to Balochistan, where she was reportedly sold.
Officials said modern technology and professional investigative techniques helped track and arrest the suspects. Police said a strong challan would be prepared to ensure strict punishment.
In a separate operation by investigation police Gulshan Ravi, two suspects — including the injured man’s wife — were arrested for allegedly shooting a citizen at night.
Police said the wife was the alleged mastermind. Investigators revealed she and her accomplice were in a relationship and allegedly planned to marry. The accomplice allegedly shot the victim, leaving him seriously injured.
The suspects fled after the attack, but were later arrested. Police said raids were underway to arrest another accomplice, who would be detained soon.
Authorities reiterated their commitment to bringing all suspects to justice.
