CCPO Lahore orders policemen to ensure strict compliance with uniform and vehicle number plate

LAHORE, 02 December 2025 – CCPO Lahore Bilal Siddique Kamyana presided over a high-level meeting at his office, directing all police officers and personnel to strictly follow the officially approved uniform pattern.

He warned that strict disciplinary action would be taken against anyone found wearing unapproved designs.
The CCPO also cautioned officers and personnel against using vehicles or motorcycles with fake or unregistered number plates, stating that both official and private vehicles bearing unauthorized plates would face disciplinary proceedings.
Divisional SPs were instructed to closely monitor their subordinates’ uniforms and vehicle number plates to ensure compliance with approved standards. CCPO Bilal Siddique Kamyana emphasized that supervisory officers would be held accountable for any violations by their subordinates.
He further directed all officers and personnel to strictly enforce traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle registration requirements without exception.
The meeting was attended by DIG (Admin) Imran Kishwar, DIG (Investigation) Zeeshan Raza, SSP (Investigation) Muhammad Naveed, SSP (Operations) Tassawar Iqbal, divisional SPs, and Circle Officers.
