LAHORE — Capital City Police Officer Lahore Bilal Siddique Kamyana has issued a stern warning that individuals involved in illegal land grabbing will face strict action.

Presiding over a meeting at his office, the CCPO reviewed ongoing operations against land grabbers, drug networks, and the repatriation of illegal Afghan nationals. He emphasized that all encroached properties must be retrieved, urging close coordination with District Dispute Resolution Committees and the district administration to restore rightful ownership to citizens.
Regarding narcotics, Mr. Kamyana ordered intensified intelligence-based combing operations and comprehensive backtracking investigations to dismantle drug networks. He warned that Station House Officers (SHOs) will be held accountable for any drug activity within their jurisdictions.
Officials also briefed the meeting on the repatriation of illegal Afghan nationals. The CCPO instructed authorities to speed up the process and use mosque announcements to encourage compliance, stressing the importance of upholding the rule of law and timely investigation of pending cases.
The meeting was attended by DIG (Admin) Imran Kishwar, DIG (Investigation) Zeeshan Raza, DIG (Operations) Faisal Kamran, SSP (Investigation) Muhammad Naveed, and divisional SPs.
