CHICHAWATNI (News Desk) — Complete unofficial results from all 442 polling stations of NA-143 Sahiwal-3 show PML-N candidate Chaudhry Muhammad Tufail Jutt winning the by-election with 136,313 votes, comfortably pulling ahead of his competitors.
Independent candidate Zarar Akbar finished second with 13,120 votes, according to the results compiled late Sunday night.
Election officials reported a turnout of around 24%, as many voters chose to stay away from the polls.
