According to the requisition, the opposition has demanded that the 27th Constitutional Amendment be taken up in the House. It further seeks debate on the opposition leader’s meeting with the founder of PTI, the law and order situation in Punjab, and the rising prices of sugarcane affecting farmers across the province.
The opposition has also asked for a comprehensive discussion on the dengue situation in Punjab.
Moin Riaz Qureshi submitted the requisition to Punjab Assembly Secretary Aamir Habib, accompanied by Farrukh Javed Moon, Rana Shahbaz, and Hafiz Farhat.
The opposition maintains that these issues are of urgent public importance and must be addressed on the floor of the House without delay.
