LAHORE: Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) has once again made history by retaining its General Trophy in board-level sports for the 39th consecutive year.
The achievement was announced during the Annual Meeting of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore, held to finalize the Activities Calendar for 2025–2026.
LCWU secured top positions in Athletics, Football, Handball, Throw Ball, and Volleyball, while earning runner-up spots in Cricket, Tennis, Netball, and Karate.
Dr. Ayesha Siddiqua, Incharge of LCWU’s Intermediate Section, attended the meeting as President of the Lahore Board Sports Committee. She praised the committee’s efforts to promote sports culture among institutions affiliated with BISE Lahore.
