NANKANA SAHIB – A grand ceremony of the 13th Kirmani Talent Award was organized under the auspices of the Kirmani Welfare Foundation, More Khunda. Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Tasleem Akhtar Rao, Presidential Award-winning columnist and writer Sajjad Jahania, renowned literary figure Abid Gill, CEO District Education Authority Shazia Bano, heads of educational institutions, teachers, and students attended the event.

During the ceremony, Kirmani Talent Awards were distributed among students who secured top positions in the Matriculation and Intermediate Examinations 2025 of More Khunda, as well as participants of Qiraat, Naat, and Speech competitions organized by the Foundation. Commemorative shields were also presented to distinguished guests and prominent personalities from various fields.
The participants enthusiastically paid tribute to their teachers’ educational services and presented them with flowers. Speakers highlighted that teachers shape generations and praised the late Muhammad Akram Kirmani for his lifelong dedication to education, calling his work an ongoing legacy.
They appreciated the Kirmani Welfare Foundation’s contributions to education, literature, health, and social welfare, terming it a role model for other institutions in supporting deserving and talented students.
The event was organized by Foundation Chairman Malik Muhammad Sajid along with Sheikh Muzammil Noor Sadr, Mehr Shoaib Zafar Padhyar (General Secretary), Muhammad Azam Ajmal, Dr. Obaidullah, Dr. Waseem Amanat Sindhu, Amjad Ali Mughal, Hafiz Kashif Mahmood, Waqar Ali Ghag, Mehr Khalil-ur-Rehman, Amanat Ali Saif, Abdul Rauf, Muhammad Azhar Dar, Sheikh Qaiser Muna, and Mehr Rang Elahi.
