LAHORE: Provincial Minister for Sports Punjab, Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar, inaugurated a state-of-the-art Multi-Purpose Sports Complex in Muridke, District Sheikhupura, constructed at a cost of Rs. 80 million.

The newly inaugurated sports complex includes:

- Badminton hall
- Indoor gym
- Open gym
- Children’s play area
- Jogging track
- Water drainage system
- Spacious parking area
These facilities have been described as an investment in the bright future of the youth.
Government’s Vision Behind the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex in Muridke
Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar emphasized that under the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, concrete steps are being taken to promote sports throughout the province.
He highlighted that 88 such sports complexes are under construction across Punjab, which will provide world-class sports facilities to the youth.
Impact of the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex in Muridke on Youth
The minister reaffirmed the government’s determination to make Punjab a hub of national and international sports activities. He added that the development of sports infrastructure will not only encourage youth towards healthy activities but also help project Pakistan’s positive image globally.
