India have defeated Pakistan by six wickets in the second match of the Asia Cup T20 Super Four stage.
Pakistan set a target of 172 runs for India, which the visitors successfully chased down in the 19th over, losing four wickets along the way.

By the 11th over, India had reached 106 runs for the loss of two wickets. The first Indian batsman to fall was Shubman Gill, who scored 47 runs before being bowled by Faheem Ashraf.
Earlier, in a high-stakes clash at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, India’s captain Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and chose to field first, sending Pakistan to bat under the floodlights.

Openers Fakhar Zaman and Sahibzada Farhan started aggressively, applying early pressure on India’s bowling attack. However, Fakhar was the first to fall at 21 runs, caught behind after scoring 15 off 9 balls. The next wicket fell at 93 when Saim Ayub was dismissed for 21, soon followed by Hussain Talat, who scored just 10 runs.
