A local court in Lahore has granted a fifth extension of physical remand for prominent YouTuber Saad-ur-Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, permitting the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) to hold him in custody for an additional two days.
The decision was made to allow further investigation into allegations against the social media star.

The NCCIA presented Ducky Bhai in court after completing his previous two-day remand, arguing that the investigation remains incomplete and requires more time.
The agency requested an extension to continue their probe into the case, which involves accusations of promoting illegal gambling applications through his YouTube channel.
The court approved the request but directed the NCCIA to expedite the investigation process and conclude it as soon as possible.
Ducky Bhai, through his lawyer, Advocate Chaudhry Usman Ali, informed the court that he has no objections to the extended remand and expressed his willingness for the agency to complete its inquiry thoroughly.
He emphasized his cooperation with the authorities to resolve the matter swiftly. During the prior hearing, Magistrate Muhammad Naeem Watto had also granted a two-day remand extension to the NCCIA, citing the need for further examination of electronic devices seized from the YouTuber and ongoing forensic analysis.
The case against Ducky Bhai includes charges under the Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and sections of the Pakistan Penal Code, following a formal complaint lodged by the NCCIA on August 17.
