KARACHI – The State Bank of Pakistan has issued a Rs75 commemorative coin to mark the Jashn-e-Marka-e-Haq (Battle of Truth) and pay tribute to the bravery of the Armed Forces on the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day.

SBP announces publication of bi-annual Monetary Policy Reports and releases advance calendar of MPC meetings for FY26According to the State Bank, the coin is made of a nickel-brass alloy containing 79% copper, 20% zinc, and 1% nickel. It has a diameter of 30 millimeters and weighs 13.5 grams.
Design Details:
The obverse side features a rising crescent and a five-pointed star facing northwest. Along the upper periphery are the words Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Urdu, with the year of issuance “2025” inscribed below the crescent, above two upward-curving wheat sprigs. The denomination “75” appears on the right of the crescent and star, with “Rupees” in Urdu script on the left.
The reverse side bears the inscription “Marka-e-Haq” in Urdu and “2025” in numerals at the center, with “Pakistan Hamesha Zindabad” along the upper periphery. It also depicts two fighter jets, a naval ship, and a multiple rocket launcher system on either side.
The commemorative coin is available from August 15, 2025, at the exchange counters of SBP Banking Services Corporation field offices.
