LAHORE – In line with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, the office of DIG Investigation Lahore is actively addressing public complaints related to investigations. DIG Investigation Syed Zeeshan Raza personally listened to the grievances received at his office and issued immediate on-the-spot orders for redressal.

Several complaints concerning flawed investigations were referred for departmental inquiries. In certain cases, investigations were marked for review by the Change of Investigation Board, and show-cause notices were issued to the investigating officers for negligence.
DIG Zeeshan Raza also directed the divisional SPs Investigation to resolve specific complaints without delay. He personally called the divisional SPs and gave direct instructions regarding the ongoing investigations of relevant cases.
Speaking on the occasion, DIG Raza stated that prompt resolution of public grievances concerning case investigations is being ensured. “Protection of life and property of citizens is the police’s foremost priority,” he added.
He emphasized that officers should treat citizens visiting their offices with courtesy and strive to improve their performance. “The doors of my office are always open to the public for addressing their concerns,” DIG Zeeshan Raza reaffirmed.
