If a citizen receives an e-challan that appears to be issued in error or does not match their actions, they are encouraged to share the complaint along with a photo or screenshot of the challan to the PSCA’s dedicated email address: etclhr@psca.gop.pk Upon receiving the email, PSCA team verifies the provided details. If the challan is found to be incorrect, it is canceled after acknowledging the error. The entire process has been designed to be efficient, transparent, and user-friendly, ensuring that citizens do not face unnecessary inconvenience. e-challans are generated using advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, which minimize the chances of human error. However, to ensure maximum public convenience, a proper complaint redressal system is in place. According to the PSCA spokesperson, alongside the enforcement of traffic rules, providing timely facilitation to citizens remains a top priority. The Safe Cities Authority is committed to building a modern, transparent, and citizen-centric system that not only ensures the rule of law but also addresses public concerns promptly and responsibly.
