LAHORE – The Business Review Meeting of the Central Region, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, was held on 23rd May in Lahore. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Shoaib Javed Hussain, CEO of State Life, who conducted a comprehensive review of the region’s performance, operational progress, and strategic outlook for the coming months.

The high-level session brought together key leadership of the Central Region including Mr. Mian Rizwan Majeed, Divisional Head of Marketing, and Mr. Siddiqui Akbar, Regional Chief Central Region, along with Zonal Heads and Sector Heads representing various divisions operating under the Central Region in Lahore.
During the meeting, CEO Shoaib Javed Hussain appreciated the efforts of the regional team and highlighted the importance of aligning operational activities with the corporation’s long-term vision and strategic goals. He emphasized the need for innovation, customer-centric policies, and digital transformation in order to stay competitive and relevant in today’s fast-evolving insurance landscape.
Divisional Head Marketing Mian Rizwan Majeed presented detailed insights into marketing initiatives, policyholder services, and business development strategies. He stressed on improving outreach, enhancing product awareness, and increasing market penetration, especially in urban and semi-urban segments of the region.
Regional Chief Siddiqui Akbar provided a performance overview of the Central Region, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future targets. He commended the efforts of zonal and sector heads who have been instrumental in maintaining strong business continuity and service delivery standards.
Zonal Heads and Sector Heads also gave briefings on their respective areas, shared success stories, discussed bottlenecks, and proposed action plans for improved performance. Special focus was given to meeting sales targets, agent productivity, and client satisfaction.
The CEO reiterated his commitment to empowering the field force through training, digital tools, and motivational initiatives to boost morale and efficiency. He also encouraged a culture of accountability and results-driven leadership at all levels.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks and a renewed pledge to work collectively towards State Life’s mission of providing reliable life insurance services to the people of Pakistan.
