LAHORE: Investigation Police achieved two major breakthroughs by safely recovering a 4-year-old kidnapped girl from Hanjarwal and arresting two most-wanted murder suspects from Dubai. The commendable operations were carried out under the leadership of DIG Investigation Syed Zeeshan Raza, who took swift notice of both high-profile cases.

In the first incident, four-year-old Zainab, abducted while playing outside her home in Hanjarwal, was safely recovered. DIG Zeeshan Raza directed immediate action, after which SP Investigation Iqbal Town Sidra Khan formed a special police team led by In-charge Investigation Mohsin Rafiq. Through timely action, the team arrested the female kidnapper and safely rescued the child.

SP Sidra Khan confirmed that the accused abducted the child from her neighborhood. The case had been registered by Zainab’s father at Hanjarwal Police Station. Modern technology and human intelligence led to the arrest of the woman and ensured the girl’s recovery. Grateful parents praised the investigation team for their quick and professional response. SP Sidra Khan assured that a strong case will be prepared, and strict punishment will be ensured.
DIG Zeeshan Raza reiterated that criminals involved in kidnapping or violence against women and children deserve no leniency and will be dealt with firmly. SSP Investigation Muhammad Naveed announced commendation certificates for the police team involved.
In a separate major development, Lahore Police arrested two murder suspects wanted in high-profile cases in Gujjarpura and Batapur. A special team led by DSP Legal Ahmad Usman and Sub-Inspector Mujahid Ali was formed by DIG Zeeshan Raza. The accused, Ashar Ali and Mushtaq, had fled to Dubai after committing separate murders. Their arrests were made possible through Interpol coordination.
DIG Zeeshan Raza affirmed that no fugitive will escape justice, no matter where they hide. SSP Muhammad Naveed also announced appreciation certificates for the officers involved in this international operation.
