LAHORE: President Asif Ali Zardari met with Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif at the Governor House, Lahore.

Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan and Senator Saleem Mandviwala were also present on this occasion.
The political and security situation of the country was discussed in the meeting and the Prime Minister’s recent visits to friendly countries were also discussed.
On this occasion, President Asif Zardari said that the government should take steps in the upcoming budget for the relief and welfare of the common man. Political allies need to move forward together in the interest of the country.
