LAHORE – The Lahore Investigation Police have arrested the suspect involved in the brutal murder of a 36-year-old woman in Raiwind. The action came after DIG Investigation Lahore, Syed Zeeshan Raza, took strong notice of the heinous crime.

Under the supervision of SP Investigation Sadar, Moazzam Ali, a special police team was formed. The team, led by Incharge Investigation Raiwind, successfully apprehended the accused using modern technology and human intelligence.
According to police, the suspect strangled Kaneez Bibi with a dupatta following a petty dispute, and fled the scene. DIG Raza confirmed that solid evidence has been collected and a strong challan will be submitted to ensure the culprit faces justice.
“Those who harm women and children will be dealt with an iron hand,” said DIG Zeeshan Raza. SSP Investigation Muhammad Naveed also announced commendation certificates for the police team.
