NANKANA SAHIB: Private Schools Association Bucheki has held a colorful Family Festival for female students of the area.

During the festival, the students enjoyed a lot by eating delicious things, presented tables on various topics. Deputy Director Colleges Dr Tahira Batool inaugurated the festival, while the Festival was attended by District President Muslim League -N Women Rai Rubina Asif Kharal, District President Private Schools Association Qaiser Irfan Chaudhry and renowned political and social leader Haji Tanweer Hamayu Bhtti.
During the festival, renowned folk singer, Mubina Akbar sang the heart touching poetry of different poets and got much appreciation from the participants.
In their address, the speakers urged the students to work hard in the field of education and to enlighten the names of the parents and the area by gaining a good position.
They praised the organizers’ efforts to hold the best festival for the students.
During the festival stalls of food items, science models and cultural items were made by educational institutions, which were greatly appreciated by the audience. Students of educational institutions highlighted the plight of Palestinians, the beautiful culture of Punjab, importance of trees, respect for the teachers and the importance of the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah. Memorial shields were also given to the heads of educational institutions and guests by the association.
