LAHORE: Governor Punjab Sardar Saleem Haider Khan has said that the people of Pakistan are with the Pakistan Army and in case of any aggression, India will be given a befitting reply. Development work have been executed for the people of Attock district without the cooperation of the Punjab government.

UET Resource Center will start functioning soon in Jand. These views were expressed while addressing a public gathering held in Jand tehsil of Attock district. On this occasion, PPP leader Syed Atif Hussain Shah, National Assembly candidate Sardar Faizan Haider, District President Pakistan Peoples Party Sardar Ashhar Hayat Khan, Malik Sher Khan Sadrial, Malik Riyat Sadrial, Asif Ali Malik, Malik Amanat Rawal, Khatib Parliament House Ahmedur Rehman, Malik Asif Hayat Malik Jalil Awan and other leaders were also present.
Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan said that the people of Jund are with the Pakistan Peoples Party . The Punjab Governor said that Allah Almighty has made him the governor to serve the people, therefore he has given priority to public service over the comfortable life of the Governor House. The Punjab Governor said that the people of Attock district have not received a single rupee of development fund, adding that he managed development works in his area worth crores of rupees with the cooperation of his friends and philanthropists. He said that record development works have been completed in Jund, Jalwal, Achhari, Chapri, Mari Jalwal and other areas. He further said that the welfare initiatives of the people in the entire district including Jalwal and Pandi gheib will continue on self help basis.
Earlier, Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan also listened to public issues in the open court.
