LAHORE: Governor Punjab, Sardar Saleem Haider Khan visited Khorasan Razavi Chamber of Commerce in Mashhad and met with Mohandas Tawaqalizada, the President of the Khorasan Razavi Chamber of Commerce and other members in Mashhad today. During this visit, the Governor engaged with chamber members to explore ways to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation.

While speaking on the occasion, the Punjab Governor stressed the need to exchange trade delegations. He urged the Iranian traders to explore investment opportunities in energy, textiles, surgical instruments, and agriculture sectors. Governor assured Iranian investors of comprehensive support for their ventures in Punjab. He said that there is conducive environment for business in Pakistan, adding that the government is facilitating foreign investors through Special Economic Facilitation Council. He said that the traders of both countries should hold exhibitions in Punjab and Khorasan Rizvi to promote trade between the two countries. Governor Punjab invited Iranian business community to visit Punjab to experience the potential of Pakistani industries and businesses firsthand.
