LAHORE: Lahore’s air pollution and smog has increased again, as city’s Air Quality Index reaches 500.
The Quality Index was recorded 498 in different areas of Lahore city due to which the umber of patients in city hospitals has started increasing.
Due to the smog in Lahore, the air quality index has touched a dangerous level.
Thousends patients of respiratory and asthma arrived at the hospital from all over the city.
The Punjab government has planed a 10 year policy to prevent smog.
The main reason for the increase in smog is the vehicles plying on the roads, while the government is not taking any specific measures.
