LAHORE: Leaders of the PIAF Founders Alliance and Lahore Business Front, including Sohail Nisar, Nasir Hameed, and Mian Misbah-ur-Rehman, have raised serious concerns over alleged irregularities in the recent Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) elections. Speaking at a press conference,

Sohail Nisar criticized the Election Commission for proceeding with the vote recount without their presence. “The Election Commission has no authority to open ballot boxes and announce results without our representatives. Each ballot paper must bear three signatures, yet we were denied access to inspect them,” he stated.
Nasir Hameed claimed the seals on ballot boxes had already been tampered with before the recount began. “We were not allowed to see the ballot papers, so how can we accept the results? This is clear evidence of rigging,” he alleged.
Mian Misbah asserted errors in the ballot papers were deliberately concealed. “Those who hide the truth do so because they have something to fear. The process was manipulated to suppress the facts,” he said.
The PIAF Founders Alliance announced their intention to challenge the election results on all relevant forums. “We will approach the DGTO again and ensure that justice is served,” Sohail Nisar vowed.
