LAHORE: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, has delivered a compelling address at Kinnaird College Lahore, focusing on youth development, women’s empowerment, and challenges facing KP.
Talking about efforts to enhance education and promote KP’s positive image, he stressed global-standard educational links and ensuring women’s employment opportunities post-graduation.

Kundi pointed out many KP universities lack permanent vice-chancellors, impacting performance, and advocated for quality over quantity in higher education. He stressed the need for civil-military harmony and improved foreign policy. Addressing security concerns, Kundi mentioned school closures in southern districts and underscored Pakistan’s resilience against terrorism, especially after the APS tragedy.
