Expresses his gratitude to Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz for her support

Lahore: President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Mian Abuzar Shad, has been appinted as a Director of the Punjab Board of Investment and Trade (PBIT). Upon his appointment, Shad expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif and the Secretary of Industries for their support.
He stated he would work in line with Maryam Nawaz’s vision to promote investment in the province.
Increasing the functionality of the PBIT is his primary goal, as he believes that boosting investment is essential for economic recovery. He vowed to present solid and actionable proposals to enhance investment opportunities in Punjab.
The business community has warmly welcomed his appointment, expressing hope that this decision by the government will lead to a manifold increase in investments in Punjab.
