LAHORE: Zia Rasheed, Pakistan’s tallest man, breathed his last on Tuesday after succumbing to a prolonged knee related disease.

Rasheed passed his childhood like most children: playing around the streets of his towns and enjoying his life.
However, his 12th birthday saw him making growth at an incredible rate. He often recalled how hard it was for him to leave cricket – his most favourite sport – due to serious issues in maintaining a balance.
Just three inches less that the world’s tallest man, he stood at 8 feet in height at the time of his passing away.
Instead of supporting his uniqueness, he was left on his own by the government.
He underwent three operations to make any improvement but instead his condition was not becoming any better.
His family has some serious complains about the government’s unsupportive attitude during hour of need.[:]
