LAHORE: The Lahore High Court’s Election Tribunal has asked the Election Commission of Pakistan to provide record of Form-45 related to Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz.
The appeal was filed by Mehar Shafqat, who contested against Maryam Nawaz and claimed that his victory notification was contrary to facts.
The tribunal judge questioned why Form-45 wasn’t uploaded on the website and the Election Commission’ s lawyer asked for time to produce the original record.
The case has been adjourned until the last week of July.
