LAHORE: CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif Meets Provincial Ombudsman Azam Suleman Khan.

“We are committed to ensuring equal access to services by every citizen,” said Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif in a meeting with the Provincial Ombudsman Major (Retd.) Azam Suleman Khan to discuss matters related to administration, good governance, public grievances and their redressal mechanism in the province.
Madam Chief Minister was briefed by the provincial ombudsman about various steps taken by his department to resolve public complaints and disputes, and presented her an annual report in this regard. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif also reviewed different recommendations for the improvement of services in the province.
Senator Pervaiz Rashid and Senior Provincial Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb attended the meeting. Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sajid Zafar Dal was also present.
Meanwhile, CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif Takes Notice of Alleged Rape of a 05-Year Old Boy in Arifwala
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif took notice of an incident of alleged rape of a five-year-old boy in Arifwala’s village Jeevan Shah, and sought a report from the Inspector General of Police in this regard.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has expressed sorrow and grief over the death of 6 persons of a family in road accident near Kallar Kahar. She extended heartfelt sympathies and condolence for the bereaved family. Maryam Nawaz directed the administration to provide best treatment facilities to the injured and further directed to initiate action against the persons involved in negligence.[:]
