LAHORE: A delegation led by APTMA Chairman Kamran Arshad has met Provincial Minister Chaudhary Sahafy Hussain to discuss 2,000-acres Garment City Project.

The delegation briefed the minister on textile sector issues and the project’s importance, expected to attract billions in investment.
The minister assured full support, calling it a land mark initiative of the Punjab government.
The project will increase exports, create jobs and impact the national economy.
Plans include transitioning to solar energy, reducing production cost.
Talks are underway with the foreign solar companies to establish manufacturing facilities in the new industrial city.
